Payment
Acceptable forms of online payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. USAGold-CPM, Inc. will also accept payment by personal check or electronic bank transfer for orders placed by telephone.

Sales Taxes
In most circumstances, no sales tax is applied. Municipal and state sales tax will be applicable only to Colorado residents.

If taxes are required, they will be added to the item total after the order is received. The customer will then receive an e-mail that details his or her total cost (unit cost plus any necessary taxes). The customer will be billed according to the new total.

Delivery
Delivery is typically made in 4-7 business days via Federal Express. The package and its contents are fully insured and a signature is required. If the customer is not available to accept delivery, FedEx will leave a notification of attempted delivery and it will be up to you to reschedule. Tracking numbers are available upon request. Shipping charges are waived on all U.S. orders over $200. Smaller orders will be billed $25 to cover shipping expenses.

Exchange Policy and Guarantees
All of our items have a thirty day exchange guarantee, however, we cannot accept returns of customized and custom-mounted (coin) items. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your selection, simply arrange a return by contacting USAGold-CPM, Inc. by telephone. At that time you will be granted a store credit that can be used at any time for any jewelry item offered on USAGold-jewelry.com. All gold sold is either 14 Karat or 18 Karat (specified in the product descriptions) and bears that hallmark. All weights are quoted in grams, and are representative for that product line. Individual items may vary by up to +/- 10%. Quoted prices may change daily based on the fluctuations of the gold market.

Order with ease and confidence using our InterCart system to provide for secure and reliable online processing. Please feel welcome to visit and get familiar with the order form. You can enter, review, modify, or clear/exit the order form as often as you prefer while you contemplate your potential order. Click the "continue shopping" button to choose additional items for your order. When you have reached your final decision, simply select the "Buy Secure" button listed below the order form. All "Buy Secure" data transmissions are encrypted and handled on a SSL secure server for our mutual privacy and security. As confirmation of your purchase, you will be automatically notified via e-mail that your online order has been received.

USAGold-CPM, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order regardless of circumstance. USAGold-CPM, Inc. also reserves the right to verify customer billing information and price accuracy prior to finalizing a sale.
